Residential Housing

Panora Communications Cooperative plays an important role in the community and sees residential housing as a critical asset in building for the future. Sustainable communities need adequate housing options. In order to continue to improve the housing stock in Panora, the cooperative’s board of directors has been actively involved in supporting housing options in the community. Panora Telco recently acquired a property at 203 SW 2nd Street in Panora. A dilapidated house built in 1910 was removed from the property and the lot backfilled and leveled, making it suitable for future construction.  The property sits one block south of historic downtown Panora, which is where city hall, the community center, the public library, as well as local shops and restaurants are located. Panora Telco welcomes interest from builders and developers looking to construct residential housing at the location. Examples of uses include single family housing as well as a multiple unit duplex.  Interested parties should contact Andy Randol at (641) 755-2424 or at to inquire about pricing.

Note: potential buyers need to be build ready. Intent of sale is not for green space.
